Where we're up to

Little Big Day is in early access. Joining the waitlist is free and nothing is charged when you join. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Little Big Day is not currently registered for GST. Prices may change before ordering opens. Example plans and costs are estimates only.

Your rights under Australian law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. For example, you're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they aren't of acceptable quality and the failure doesn't amount to a major failure.

The Party Plan (digital)

• The Party Plan is a PDF made for your party from the details you give us. We deliver it by email to the address you gave us.
• Plans are prepared with the help of AI tools and laid out as a ready-to-use document. Treat the plan as a solid starting point and check it suits your child and your guests.
• If your plan doesn't match what we described, or has a mistake that affects the party, tell us and we'll fix it or refund you. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply as well.
• Costs in the shopping list are estimates. Shop prices change and we can't promise a plan's total.

Printables

The Printable Pack is delivered as PDFs by email. You can print them for your own party. Please don't resell or share them as your own.

Party Boxes (physical)

• Order window: please order at least 14 days before the party date. We usually allow about 7 to 10 business days from payment to delivery. That's an estimate, not a guarantee, and couriers can run late.
• We confirm, then charge: after you ask for a box, we check the items are in stock and work out shipping to your address. We send you the box total, the shipping cost and the expected arrival date. You are only charged once you've agreed to them.
• Items are bought after payment: we don't buy anything for your box until you've paid.
• Shipping is extra: box prices don't include shipping. We deliver Australia-wide and confirm the shipping cost before you pay.
• Changes and cancellations: if you change your mind before we've bought your items, tell us and we'll refund you in full. Once items have been bought for your box, we can't always cancel, but your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll sort it out.
• If we can't deliver in time: if we don't think your box can arrive before the party, we'll tell you before you pay.
• Food, drinks and the cake are not included in any box.

Safety, food and allergies

Plans default to nut-free food ideas, but we can't guarantee any food is allergen-free. Please check with your guests' families about allergies and dietary needs. Games and activities need adult supervision, and you are responsible for judging what is safe for the children at your party. Check the age labels on any products in a box.

The words, layouts and designs on this site are ours. Photos are stock images used for theme inspiration, and the credits are on the photo credits page. Kmart, BIG W and Spotlight are trademarks of their respective owners. Little Big Day is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Our responsibility

Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we aren't liable for loss that wasn't reasonably foreseeable, or for things outside our control, such as courier delays, stock changes or weather on the day.
