Your plan is drafted by our AI planning assistant from your answers, then laid out as a ready-to-use document. You know your child and their friends best, so treat it as a solid starting point you can tweak.

We email it to you as a PDF. We're in early access, so join the waitlist and we'll let you know the moment plans are ready to order. There's nothing to ship, so a plan can work even if the party is only a week or two away.

We're designing Little Big Day for kids' birthday parties from about age 1 to 12, with themes from dinosaurs and unicorns to space, soccer and more. Have a look at theme ideas, or tell us your child's favourite in the form.

Plans default to nut-free food ideas and remind guests to mention allergies when they RSVP. Always check with guests' families. We can't guarantee any food is allergen-free.

Not at all. We suggest what to search for at stores many Australian families already use, but you can shop wherever you like. Little Big Day isn't affiliated with these retailers.

An optional $19 add-on to your plan (it's included in the Big Day Box): print-ready files that match your theme, such as invites, signs, food labels, game sheets and thank-you cards. Print them at home or at your local print shop.

Themed decorations, plates, cups and napkins for your guests, supplies for the games in your plan, loot-bag bits, and your Party Plan. Food, drinks and the cake aren't included. What goes in depends on the box size ($229, $249 or $279), your theme and your guest count.

Because we're buying and packing real things for you: the decorations, tableware and game supplies, and then posting them. If you'd rather shop yourself, the $39 plan has everything you need to do it.

Not yet. We're in early access, so the photos are stock images (from Pexels) we use for theme inspiration. We'll add photos of real boxes once we're packing them.

Anywhere in Australia. Shipping isn't included in the box price. It depends on where you are, so we'll confirm the shipping cost and the date your box should arrive before you pay.

At least 14 days before the party date. We buy the items for each box after you pay, then pack and ship it, which usually takes about 7 to 10 business days door-to-door. The 14 days gives a small buffer, so earlier is better, especially for regional and remote areas. If we don't think a box can arrive in time, we'll tell you before you pay.

After we've checked your items are in stock and sent you the box total, the shipping cost and the expected arrival date. You only pay once you've agreed to them. Nothing is charged while you're on the waitlist.

We confirm stock before we charge you. If something sells out after that, we'll swap it for something similar in your theme and let you know.

Tell us your total budget and we'll plan games, food and decorations to fit it, with a little left over for the things you forget. Food and shopping costs in your plan are estimates to help you budget, not quotes. If you add a box, remember shipping is extra.
