Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated 15 October 2026.
Little Big Day is operated by Rona Halabi, sole trader, ABN 76 419 857 537. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Rona Halabi trading as Little Big Day. You can reach us at ronah.creative@gmail.com.
We handle your personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, the form asks for:
- your name (optional) and email address
- what you're interested in (the Party Plan, the Printable Pack, a Party Box, or not sure yet)
- optional party details: your child's age, the theme, the number of guests, your budget and the party date
If you write to us, we also keep your email and what you tell us. If you order a Party Box once ordering opens, we will also need a delivery address and, if the courier needs it, a phone number. We don't take card details on this site.
How we use it
We use what you send us only to reply to you about Little Big Day: to tell you when ordering opens, to build a Party Plan or suggest a Party Box if you ask for one, and to answer your questions. We don't sell your information and we don't give it to other businesses to market to you.
You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email from us or writing to ronah.creative@gmail.com. We'll remove you from the list.
Who looks after the data
When you submit the waitlist form, your details are sent to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-handling service that acts as our processor. FormSubmit passes them on by email to ronah.creative@gmail.com, which is a Gmail account run by Google. Anyone who reads that inbox is Rona Halabi. The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We use Google Fonts for the typefaces on this site, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads and Google can see your IP address. Some of these services store data outside Australia, including in the United States. By using the site you understand that your information may be handled by these providers. We take reasonable steps to choose providers that protect it.
We may use AI tools to help draft Party Plans, which means the party details you give us can be processed by those tools.
We may also have to share information if the law requires it.
Cookies
We don't set our own cookies or run advertising or tracking tools on this site. The hosting, form and font providers above may log basic technical details, such as your IP address and browser type.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details until you ask us to delete them, or until we close the waitlist and no longer need them. If we take an order, we keep the order records for as long as the law and our tax obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email ronah.creative@gmail.com and we'll reply within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, contact us first and we'll try to fix it. If you're still not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Children
This site is for parents and carers. Please don't send us your child's full name, school or photo. A first name and age are plenty for a Party Plan.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
