Not keen on the shopping? Add a Party Box. We buy the themed decorations, tableware, game supplies and loot-bag bits from your plan and send them to your door anywhere in Australia, with your plan inside. Prices are plus shipping, and each box includes your Party Plan.

Food, drinks and the cake aren't included in any box. Guest numbers are a guide, not a limit: tell us your real number and we'll size the box to it. Delivery is Australia-wide, and we'll confirm the shipping cost and arrival date with you before you pay.
For a Party Box, order at least 14 days before
A plan is a PDF, so there's nothing to ship. A box is shopped for your party after you order, so it needs a little time. Here's how that works once ordering opens.
Order 14+ days ahead
Send us your details at least 14 days before the party date. More notice is better, especially if you're in a regional or remote area.
We confirm, then charge
We check the items for your box are in stock and work out shipping to your address. We send you the box total, the shipping cost and the expected arrival date. You're only charged once you've seen and agreed to them.
We shop, pack and ship
After payment we buy your items, pack the box and send it. Allow about 7 to 10 business days from payment to your door. That's why we ask for 14 days.

Do I pay anything now?
No. Joining the waitlist is free. We'll email you when ordering opens, and you can decide then.
What do I actually get for $39?
A personalised Party Plan as a PDF: your theme, four games and a backup with instructions, a food list with quantities, a shopping list with estimated costs, a countdown checklist and a run-sheet for the day. You do the shopping wherever you like.
Is the price per child or per party?
Per party. If you're doing a joint party for siblings, tell us both ages and themes in the form and we'll plan around both.
What do the printables add?
For $19 extra you get print-ready invites, signs, food labels, game sheets and thank-you cards in your theme. They're optional. The Big Day Box includes them.
Why would I choose a Party Box?
If you'd rather not spend a weekend hunting down matching decorations, tableware and game supplies. We buy them for you, pack them with your plan and post them to your door. It costs more than the plan alone, and it's entirely optional.
When will I be charged for a box?
Only after we've confirmed your items are in stock and sent you the box total, the shipping cost and the expected arrival date, and you've said yes. We don't buy anything for your box until you've paid.
How far ahead do I need to order a box?
At least 14 days before the party date. After payment, it usually takes about 7 to 10 business days to shop, pack and deliver your box, so 14 days gives a small buffer. Earlier is better if you can. The plan is a PDF, so it can work with less notice.
Which box should I pick?
Mostly it comes down to how many kids are coming. Starter is up to 8, Party Box up to 12 and Big Day up to 16. Tell us your guest count and budget in the form and we'll suggest one.
Is shipping included in the box price?
No, shipping is added to the box price. We deliver Australia-wide, and we'll confirm the shipping cost and the date your box should arrive before you pay, so there are no surprises.
What isn't in the box?
Food, drinks and the cake. Your plan includes food ideas and quantities for your guest count, so the supermarket run is quick.
